Valyou LLC is a private, virtual therapy practice that provides compassionate mental health and wellness services for individuals and groups in the state of Florida. Our practice is centered on creating a supportive space where people feel valued, understood, and empowered to grow.
By offering virtual services throughout Florida, we aim to reduce barriers to care and create a welcoming space where individuals can access meaningful support wherever they are.

Adult Couseling
We provide 60 minute individual, group, or couple’s counseling through telehealth technology. Service areas include, but are not limited to, anxiety, life transitions, daily stressors, mood disorders, grief/loss, communication, social skills, emotional regulation, relationship navigation, and neurodivergent strengths and challenges.
60 minute adult session… $160
Youth Counseling
We provide 30 minute individual virtual counsleing sessions for youth ages 10-16 years. While the quality of care provided to youth clients remains unchanged, these shorter session lengths offer developmentally appropriate engagement periods that help ensure clients remain attentive, engaged, and receptive throughout the therapeutic process.

Consultation
We provide consultation to support client wraparound care, identify gaps in services and supports, and address group dynamics within organizations, businesses, or community settings to promote effective collaboration and positive outcomes.
Consultation service fees vary by project and services rendered.
At this time, we are not working with insurance companies directly, but are happy to provide clients with a superbill to submit to your insuance provider for reimbursement.
